The Bangladeshi Community in Spain, in collaboration with a team of volunteer immigration lawyers, is organising a free legal aid workshop for community members in Madrid. The workshop will be held on March 10, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the Community Hall in Lavapies, Madrid. Topics to be covered include: - Renewing and obtaining residency permits (NIE and TIE) - Family reunification procedures - Work authorisation and self-employment options - Citizenship eligibility and application process - Rights and obligations under Spanish immigration law The sessions will be conducted in Bengali and Spanish. Participants are advised to bring all relevant documentation (passport, NIE/TIE, employment contracts, etc.) to receive personalised guidance. Spaces are limited.
